How many dehydrated limes are inside the pack?

We dehydrate limes of all sizes. We must sell by weight, so the number of slices will vary because of the many shapes and sizes of our supplier's produce.

As a rough guide: 1 to 1.5g per slice and approx. 30 slices per small pouch

What size are limes when they are dehydrated?

Limes don' lose much physical size when you dehydrate them. Mostly weight is lost. So the size varies on the fruit of the season. Dried lime vasy is size from 20mm to 40mm in diameter.
